Starkenberger Panoramic Route (total)

The long hike is becoming increasingly popular with active vacationers. Optimal conditions for this can be found in the Imst Holiday Region in the heart of Tyrol. So far, the Adlerweg route, the Via Claudia Augusta, the Way of St. James, the E1 and the E4 have taken five long-distance hiking tours through the region, and a sixth has recently been added: the Starkenberger Panoramic Route is full of highlights. It refers to a centuries-old tradition, combines fortresses and castles of the once powerful noble family of Starkenberger. Also impressive is the diversity of nature, a joy for all guests of the region. Unspoilt landscapes are complemented by breathtakingly sunny views of mountains and valleys, deep shady gorges and pleasantly cool forests as well as seven lakes and numerous streams. From time to time you cross idyllic villages, where you like to stay and refresh yourself. All in all, the 59 kilometers of the Starkenberger Panoramic Route are divided into seven stages, each of which offers surprises again and again. So that the hikers find the necessary rest and relaxation after an eventful day, the many hotels and restaurants along the way have prepared themselves for them.
