The Tiroler Zugspitz Arena offers impressive mountains as far as the eye can see - and with the region's six summer cable cars, they can be reached quickly, easily and comfortably.
The Tiroler Zusgpitzbahn, the Ehrwalder Almbahn, the Grubigsteinbahn Lermoos, the Marienbergbahn in Biberwier and the Bergbahnen Berwang (Berwang & Bichlbach) take vacation guests high up into the unique alpine nature.

With the Z-Ticket advantage card, you can even use the summer lifts in the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena free of charge.

Tiroler Zugspitzbahn

Quietly floating from Ehrwald up to Germany’s highest summit: The Tiroler Zugspitzbahn covers the difference in altitude of 1,725 metres in only about ten minutes. And even before you reach the summit, you can enjoy breathtaking scenic views of the surrounding mountains, in the spacious scenic-view cable cars.

Ehrwalder Almbahn

Hiking, biking, or just relaxing: The area around the Ehrwalder Almbahn cable car is incredibly diverse. Among its most popular highlights is a tour to Lake Sebensee. In summer, hiking newbies and mountain sports pros live it up there.

Grubigsteinbahn

 Grubigstein mountain on the Tyrolean side of the Zugspitze is a highlight for holiday guests of all ages – and it offers countless options for sports in nature. The mountain is known for its many diverse bike routes.

Sonnalmbahn lift in Berwang and Almkopfbahn cable car in Bichlbach take holiday guests into the beautiful alpine nature. The bike routes, hikes and rides with the mountain scooters  are topped off with impressive views of the Zugspitze, Berwang Valley, and the neighbouring Allgäu region.
