The Tiroler Zugspitz Arena offers 5 ski areas, Ehrwalder Alm, Grubigstein in Lermoos, Berwang-Bichlbach, Marienberg in Biberwier, with a total of 143 kilometres of pistes, 3 of which are certified family ski areas.

The Tiroler Zugspitz Arena offers numerous family-friendly activities in summer, from the children's playground to the 3D archery course. There is childcare in summer and special children's ski courses in winter. Three of our six ski areas are certified family ski areas. Many family hotels also have special offers for young and old.
The cable cars in the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena offer special family and children's offers.
In the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena, we offer hiking trails for all ages, including special trails for pushchairs. There are also adventure trails and even escape trails for extra fun while hiking.
The Zugspitze is part of the Wetterstein mountain range and is located on the German side. In the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena, there is a cable car as well as hiking and climbing trails to the summit.
The Zugspitze is 2,962 metres high at the summit.
Depending on the weather, the Zugspitze is accessible all year round. The Tiroler Zugspitzbahn cable car runs all year round, except during maintenance periods. You can find these periods here. An ascent on foot is only recommended in summer. On the Zugspitze you can enjoy the view, go hiking, try Bavarian or Tyrolean specialities in restaurants, visit a museum and go skiing in winter.
