As the operator of a booking and brokerage platform, the TVB has been obliged to keep records of the booking transactions brokered via the booking and brokerage platform in accordance with Section 18 (11), (12) UStG since 01.01.2020 and to submit them to the tax authority once a year, either on request or automatically, depending on the annual turnover. The lawfulness of this processing is based on Section 18 (11), (12) UStG in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR (fulfillment of a legal obligation).

If you use our application form, we process the personal data and application documents you submit to carry out the application process and to select suitable candidates for employment.

Personal data is stored for the duration of the prize game and - for processing any prize claims and damage claims - for a maximum of 40 months. Afterwards it will be permanently deleted.

By participating in the prize game, the user agrees that the name will be published on this website in case she/he is among the winners.

11. Newsletter

If a user subscribes to the newsletter published by the operator, all personal data - i.e. title, first name, last name, country and e-mail address are collected and processed. The user then receives personalized e-mails, published by the operator (Newsletter), containing information and offers tailored to personal preferences.
