Important: The Z-Ticket can be purchased for three to thirteen consecutive days. There is also an option "4 in 6" - 4 days within 6 days freely selectable. Z-Ticket prices
If you’re on holiday on the Tyrolean side of the Zugspitze during peak season, you can purchase the Z-Ticket for the standard rate (= SR). During low season (09.05. bis 07.07.2024 und 31.08. bis 03.11.2024) you can get the benefit card (6+ days) at a reduced rate (= RR). Prerequisite for the discount: You’re spending at least seven nights in the region.

Where can you get the Z-Ticket?
You would like to purchase a Z-Ticket? The active card for a summer filled with benefits is available at cable car ticket offices as well as some hotels in the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena:

Age limits: People 19 years and older are classified as adults. • People between the ages of 15 and 18 are classified as youths. • People from the age of 6 to 15 are classified as children. • Z-Tickets are not available for children up to 5 – partner companies can independently decide whether they want to charge for their services or not.
General terms: The Z-Ticket is personalised and issued with the name of the holder printed on it. • The card is not transferable; this applies to family members as well. • When using the Z-Ticket services, the ticket must be presented on request alongside proof of identity. • The Z-Ticket can be purchased at the prices valid during the respective season. • Exchanging the ticket with another product including a Z-Ticket with a different period of validity, transferring the ticket to other people or changing the period of validity of the ticket are not possible. • There is no right of refund in case of bad weather, illness, early departure, cancellation or non-operation of facilities. • The individual services that the holder of the ticket is entitled to, are provided by legally independent companies. The company selling this ticket acts only on behalf of its partner companies as their representative. The respective partner company is therefore responsible for providing the individual services and for damage compensation in case of any incidents.
Terms of use: The Z-Ticket entitles the holder to use the facilities of the member companies during the operating and opening hours (this does not include extra rides outside the normal operating hours). The business and operating hours are defined by the respective member company. Operation-related closures of individual member companies (partial or entire) – for whatever reason – do not entail any right to refund or aliquot restitution. The use of several facilities in one day is possible. • Loss: In case of loss, a new ticket can only be issued with a € 10,00 administration fee and with proof of the issued ticket number (receipt of purchase). This is only possible at the lift counters. • Forgotten tickets: Should the holder have forgotten the Z-Ticket, he is obliged to pay the regular rate to the member company. • Unauthorised use: Any improper use of the Z-Ticket by the holder entails the immediate withdrawal of the Z-Ticket. Considered as improper use are, for example, transferring the Z-Ticket to third parties, providing incorrect information such as age etc. when purchasing the ticket or fraudulently obtaining the ticket by providing false paperwork.
Defective data carrier: If a Z-Ticket data carrier cannot be read properly even though the card is valid according to the date printed on it, the cable car company can issue a >new< card.
