Holidays for the entire family in Tyrol
CHILDREN's & YOUTH PROGRAMme

Ready for some time off as a parent? The children's programme in the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena makes young guests smile from ear to ear – and gives parents the chance to spend some time alone or as a couple while on holiday at the foot of the Zugspitze. Meanwhile their little ones are in the best of hands and can enjoy plenty of play time with peers. For older children there's an extra youth programme, so boredom is definitely not an option during the family holiday!

A summer full of adventures

Children's programme in the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena

As a proud member of the Tiroler Familiennester, we are committed to high quality standards.
In order to meet these goals, we develop a new motto for our children's programme every year together with our partners.
Diverse, interesting and adventurous: this is exactly how our children's program is designed.
In this way we want to offer a colorful and vivid summer to all the families that spend their vacation in the beautiful mountains of Tyrol.
This year we are looking forward to a summer with the motto “Gisela daisy”.

Magic Meadow behind the Castle Wood

Leo and Klara are spending their summer vacation in the Tyrolean mountains and, when exploring the colorful flower-meadow behind the castle forest they meet Gisela, an unhappy daisy who feels small and barely noticeable, especially when compared to her beautiful aunt Marguerite. Klara and Leo try to cheer Gisela up by telling her about her many good qualities, such as her long blooming period and her popularity with children. Through the encouraging words of her friends, Gisela finally recognizes her own worth and is proud to be a daisy. On this magical summer day, Gisela learns that true beauty lies in diversity and that even the smallest can achieve great things.

THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE WILDERNESS

We are committed to treating nature and people with respect and to a sustainable way of living.
To pass on the knowledge of our ancestors, we start the week with our survival camp.
In addition to adventurous tasks such as lighting a fire without modern aids, building a shelter, learning to carve and other interesting projects, we will also learn about mountain rescue and first aid.
You can expect great survival tips as well as exciting puzzles and games!

MEADOW MAGIC FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY

Gisela, the daisy, takes us into the fascinating realm and biodiversity of the wild flower meadow.
We go on a journey that is full of colors, smells and unique inhabitants. On this discovery journey we take a closer look at the diversity of alpine meadows, get creative in the garden and deal with the “wild kitchen”.
With interesting tasks, puzzles and meadow games, there is action and fun for all generations. Let us surprise you!

WET WITH FRANZ

With Franz, the researcher, we dive into a special world. Franz is a trout and wants to protect his environment!
Together we will explore his habitat, the water, check the quality of drinking water, build a water filter and do some more exciting experiments in order to find out what else water can do.
Of course, we will have also some real water fun - but watch out, you could get really wet with the water quiz and fun water games.

THE FOREST IS ALIVE

Before the so called "Fichtenlisl", the spruce, accompanies us into the forest, she tells us something about forest wishes and introduces us to her friends, the forest dwellers.
We go in search of clues, explore the forest, make a map of sounds and will try the tree telephone.
You can prove how clever you are with our tricky forest puzzle rally.
Furthermore you can collect sweets with the nature conservation quiz and get creative at the "craft buffet" by creating your own imaginative works of art.

THE LANGUAGE OF NATURE

There is communication in nature, a kind of universal language that every living creature understands. The survival of living beings depends on this understanding.
Animal welfare is particularly important to Elfi the owl. Together with Elfi, we will visit the forest school and experience something rare and impressive!
At the end of the week, we'll have a campfire too. You will receive a naturalist certificate with a small farewell gift to take home with you as a souvenir.
