The highest inn in Tyrol
The "Stadl-Bräu" Alpine brewery is located in the Hotel Thaneller in Berwang and has been run by the Zobl family since 1995. It is the highest inn in Tyrol. Three types of beer are brewed here from fresh spring water: light and dark beer, as well as Hefeweizen. Brewery tours with beer tasting can also be booked.

- Local products mean to me: „We brew our own beer, which is of course a pure local product. We also pay attention to where the products for our hotel come from. When possible, we get all our products from Tyrol.“

What's special about us: „We brew our beer in accordance with the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516, using only water, malt, hops and yeast. We are always experimenting with new varieties. For example, we always have a special bock beer for Christmas and Easter. We also offer different seasonal beers, such as the Via Claudia Augusta beer in the fall.“
