Playing tennis in the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena
Agility, a quick reaction time and speed: that’s what’s required for tennis and hopefully continually improved. The sport has long been among people’s favourite leisure activities. Tennis not only keeps the mind and body fit and improves your endurance – it can also be tons of fun if you’re playing with the right partner.
You can hardly wait to play some tennis? On the Tyrolean side of the Zugspitze, several outdoor tennis courts and the indoor court in Ehrwald are waiting for you!
Tennis courts at the foot of the Zugspitze
Four clay courts in Ehrwald and three in Lermoos offer plenty of room for exciting singles and doubles. What’s more, you can combine a visit to the Bärenarena outdoor pool in Berwang with a match at one of the two courts there. Two artificial-grass courts can be found at Sportplatz Biberwier sports ground, and a quiet clay court is part of the offers at the sports and leisure park in Bichlbach.
Tip: With the guest card or the Z-Ticket, you’ll receive a discount on playing tennis while on summer holiday. In some locations, card holders can even benefit from free lessons or free admission.
Tennishalle in Ehrwald
