The Razenberger butcher's shop offers the best from the forests and meadows of the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena. Meat, game and sausage specialties from local farms, a ready-made lunch dish or would you prefer a jar of honey? The Ehrwald farm offers gourmets all this under one roof. It also caters for celebrations - with delicatessen platters to order. In summer there is also a great barbecue offer.

- Local products mean to us: "For us, local products means that the goods come from Austria. We make sure that we primarily use local products. We source our game and lamb exclusively from the region. We produce around 90 percent of our range ourselves. And when cooking, we make sure we don't use any ready-made products."
- What makes us special: "We are a genuine family business through and through. We are now the sixth generation to run the butcher's shop and currently employ six people. We are also real butchers. This means that we butcher, cut up and produce our sausage and bacon ourselves. In addition, we are always there for our customers, even on public holidays or weekends, and try to make all their wishes possible."
- Our passion: "Our family and grandchildren. Sonja is also a passionate beekeeper. And of course our profession is our passion."
- What we want to add: "What many people don't realize is that the butcher is sometimes cheaper than the supermarket. And we also have a vending machine in front of our store so that we can also supply our customers outside our opening hours."
