Hand-rolled dumplings in all variations
The dumpling manufactory in Berwang has been around since 2020 and offers handmade dumplings for restaurants and at home, so every dumpling is unique. The dumplings come in many different varieties: from classics such as bread and bacon dumplings to sweet curd cheese and rum pot dumplings, there is something to suit everyone's taste. The range also includes vegan dumplings and you can even make your own dumpling creations on request.

- We have been around since: November 2020
- Local products mean to me: "For me, 'local' means that the products come at least from Austria, preferably from Tyrol of course, but that is sometimes difficult. When it comes to the origin of our ingredients, we naturally also look for local suppliers."
- What makes us special: "All my dumplings are handmade, i.e. produced entirely without the help of machines. The dumplings are not finished products, but raw products."
- My passion: "I like to experiment while cooking, but I also like traditional dishes."
- What I want to add: "My whole family supports me in my work, for which I am very grateful."
