Farm, café & store in one

Every afternoon from Thursday to Sunday, the Biezu farm store in Ehrwald sells regional produce. Bacon, various sausages, spreads, lard and breads: the next snack will be a culinary feast. Meat lovers can also choose from various beef or pork meat packages. Jams, liqueurs, eggs and ointments round off the wide range of home-made products. The home-baked cakes and delicious Kiachle can also be enjoyed directly in the cozy dining room or on the terrace.

Our farm has been around since: 2016, the store opened later in 2017

Local products mean to us: „The welfare of our animals is very important to us. Our cattle are allowed out to pasture at least three times in summer, where they have plenty of space to roam. We can provide our chickens with mobile free-range housing thanks to a mobile trailer. We guarantee local products by processing our meat ourselves and then selling it directly in our store."
What's special about us: „We are small but nice and a real family business. Everyone helps out here, from the children to the grandpa. We live it, otherwise we wouldn't get it across so well.“
Our passion: „Our passion is our work, i.e. production, animal care and sales.“
What we want to add: „At BieZu, all products can be sampled and a friendly word can always be exchanged. So when visiting BieZu, people should not be in a hurry, but should bring enough time with them.“
